About the role
This role involves ensuring optimal performance of toolsets to maximize yield/throughput and reduce cost within Crystal Growth operations.
What you'll do
- Perform calibrations and tool checks, ensuring on-time completion.
- Attain 100% certification on all processes in the department.
- Support training efforts with operators and engineers on new tools.
- Perform special processing of material as requested by Engineering and/or R&D.
- Handle dispositions of non-conforming material.
What you'll need
- Strong Microsoft Office computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
- Ability to lift 25lbs.
- Ability to climb a ladder.
- Ability to work with tools.
- Ability to stand or walk for an extended period of time.
