About the role
This role involves monitoring process operations to ensure conformance to quality standards and engineering specifications.
What you'll do
- Monitor process operations for quality and engineering specification conformance.
- Troubleshoot complex process, quality, and yield problems.
- Document new and revised specifications.
- Provide real-time solutions to operational issues.
- Utilize logical and objective data analysis to track metrics.
What you'll need
- Ability to stand for long periods (up to 12 hours) and lift/carry objects up to 20 pounds.
- Solid knowledge of SPC and FDC.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a diverse team environment and multitask.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and adjust to rapidly changing priorities.
Nice to have
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of Excel, JMP, Word, and PowerPoint.
- 2-year Technical degree or certificate from an accredited institution in a technical science field, or a combination of education and experience.
- Process / Manufacturing knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to follow written “Out Of Control Action Plan” (OCAP) recoveries.
- Ability to be proactive to tool downs by using and interpreting FDC and SPC signals.
