Process Technician 5 - SG, Singapore
About the role
This role involves addressing process-related issues during out-of-hours shifts and sustaining process performance.
What you'll do
- Address all front-facing process-related issues during out-of-hours shift operation.
- Collaborate with Process Owners, Equipment Engineering, and Operation Teams to restore disrupted processes.
- Monitor and sustain process performance for qualified processes, including SPC monitoring.
- Deploy and review statistical process controls, responding to PR rules and adhering to CAS/SOP guidelines.
- Handle out-of-control or process abnormality issues, lot disposition, and implement corrective measures.
- Provide detailed passdown of tool, process related, and lot disposition information between shifts.
What you'll need
- Diploma in Engineering/Science or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Knowledge in lithography, dry/wet etch, thin film sputtering, backgrinding, laser marking, plating, and bonding.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to work in a clean room environment and on rotating 12-hour shifts.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with statistical tools such as Minitab and JMP.
- Experience in SPC and OCAP.
