About the role
This role involves supporting current and future generations of Teradyne Semiconductor Test Products as part of the Product Support Group.
What you'll do
- Serve as a subject matter expert across new and existing Teradyne semiconductor test platforms.
- Partner with Product Development and NPI teams to influence product design and ensure successful field deployment.
- Develop training materials and deliver technical training to field service engineers worldwide.
- Provide timely, accurate, and high-quality technical support to field organizations addressing customer issues.
- Create and maintain service documentation for field installations, preventive maintenance, and support processes.
- Analyze system trends and recommend opportunities to improve product reliability and serviceability.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/computer engineering or related field.
- English Proficiency.
- 3 years of relevant industry experience in Power, Embedded, and Networking.
- Computer skills and experience with Design for Serviceability and Reliability.
- Ability to travel worldwide.
