About the role
As a Process Support Engineer (PSE), you will guide products through their entire lifecycle, from initial concept to final qualification, providing on-site customer support for complex semiconductor manufacturing systems and equipment.
What you'll do
- Serve as liaison between the customer and the Business Unit for assigned projects to deliver technical solutions. - Work with customers to optimize tool performance to meet specific process and integration requirements. - Check and approve operational quality of system equipment, instructing customers on system operation and maintenance. - Provide on-site customer support through tool installation, system diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair. - Create hypothesis experiments, design of experiments (DOEs), analyze statistical data, and perform root cause analyses to resolve process engineering issues.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor capital equipment or a similar high-tech industry. - Knowledge of 3 or more processes across 1 or more technologies such as Chemical Vapor Deposition, Atomic Layer Deposition, Plasma Reactive Ion Etch, Physical Vapor Deposition, Anneal, or Implant. - Ability to perform on-site installations, system diagnoses, troubleshooting, and repairs.

- 3+ years of experience in Applications or Process Engineering.
