About the role
This role drives the integration and development for existing and future analog and CMOS nodes, interfacing with ATD, Process engineering, Parametric Test engineering, Product development, Quality, and Manufacturing groups. The position focuses on advanced Analog 300 mm development.
What you'll do
- Utilize technical knowledge of semiconductor device physics for competitive technology through process and parametric improvements.
- Drive process and device improvements through characterization, test, design of experiments, data analysis, and simulation.
- Own technology parametric performance and parametric Cpk improvements.
- Perform parametric test dispositions, including root cause determination for scrap or outliers, and define/evaluate experiments to improve processes.
- Create and review product flow.
- Develop short flow and test chips.
- Partner with the RET team to validate OPC and make improvements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to support the transfer, development, qualification, and manufacturing of advanced analog and CMOS technologies.
What you'll need
- Masters in EE, Chemical, Material Science Engineering or semiconductor specific: solid state physics, applied physics, or quantum mechanics.
- 5 years of experience in a semiconductor factory with specific experience in advanced CMOS semiconductor devices (90nm and below) and analog technologies.
- 5 years of experience in process integration and device.
Nice to have
- Ph.D. in EE, Chemical, Material Science Engineering or semiconductor specific: solid state physics, applied physics or quantum mechanics.
- Demonstrated technical and practical understanding of advanced CMOS/analog semiconductor device physics and integration.
- Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally.
- Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery.
