Process Integration Engineer (f/m/d) - BE
About the role
This role involves designing and optimizing semiconductor manufacturing processes to meet product performance, quality, yield, and reliability requirements.
What you'll do
- Contribute to the technical qualification of mask stack manufacturing processes for technology transfer or development projects. - Monitor and improve manufacturing process sequences for products or technologies. - Ensure product functionality, manufacturability, competitiveness, on-time delivery, yield, and quality. - Establish and maintain documentation, including critical parameter definitions, Process Flows, Control Plans, and FMEAs. - Proactively contribute to yield, performance, and manufacturability improvement initiatives. - Support the Quality Department in managing process excursions and customer returns by providing technical support, participating in 8D investigations and MRB activities, and coordinating corrective actions.
What you'll need
- Master's degree in Engineering with experience in process engineering or process integration within the semiconductor industry. - Fluent English (minimum B2 level). - Knowledge of problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies such as 8D, DMAIC, and FMEA. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions based on physical and electrical parameters. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - Knowledge of JMP, R, or Python programming.
