About the role
As a Process Integration Engineer, you will manage Back End of Line (BEOL) process integration activities to optimize MRAM product yields.
What you'll do
- Manage BEOL process integration activities to optimize MRAM product yields.
- Develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education, statistical knowledge, and problem-solving tools.
- Drive improvements in quality, reliability, cost, yield, process stability/capability, productivity, and safety.
- Perform technology transfer and matching to foundry partners.
- Identify yield limiting process weaknesses and drive projects to implement permanent fixes.
What you'll need
- B.S. Degree or higher in Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in semiconductor BEOL process integration.
- Strong understanding of process modules such as Photo, Etch, Thin Films, CMP.
- Strong experience working with fab process and yield engineering.
- Strong experience working with foundry partners developing and transferring process technologies from R&D to HVM.
- Working experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC), equipment Fault Detection Classification (FDC), and Design of Experiments (DOE) principles and software (JMP).
