About the role
A Photolithography Process Engineering Technician performs technical tests, experiments, tool qualifications, and recoveries for the photolithography process engineering group. This role monitors, audits, and provides guidance to line operators, processes test runs, and prepares records, charts, and graphs for engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.
What you'll do
- Work with Engineering to develop and qualify new processes and tool sets, including characterizing, documenting, and presenting data based on design of experiments (DOE).
- Report and document process issues and equipment malfunctions.
- Take corrective action and interact with Process Engineers and Equipment Maintenance to resolve non-conforming process and equipment operations.
- Handle material dispositions and resolve lot issues.
- Assist in creating and refining procedures.
- Collaborate to achieve quarterly yield and cycle time goals.
What you'll need
- Associate's degree OR at least 1 year of experience in a technical role.
- Ability to work in an ISO 5 (class 100) clean room for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently.
- Ability to stand or walk most of a shift.
