About the role
This role works in the bar fab area alongside process engineers to resolve manufacturing process issues, execute engineering experiments, develop recipes, and support process sustaining.
What you'll do
- Release WIP from hold and execute OCAP following process specifications. - Execute engineering tests and experiments per instructions from process engineers. - Monitor and analyze SPC and process data streams. - Train and certify manufacturing operators, and proofread process specifications. - Work in the bar fab area to support upstream and downstream process continuity and serve as a backup for process sustaining.
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or equivalent. - 4+ years of related experience in semiconductor manufacturing environments. - Basic knowledge of general semiconductor wafer processing, standard operating procedures, and die sort. - Fluency in MS Excel and MS Word. - Ability to work in a class 100/1000 cleanroom wearing full cleanroom attire and working around process chemicals.

- GaAs and InP semiconductor processing or optoelectronics device experience.
