About the role
This role involves managing daily line operations and handling a variety of photolithography tool types within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
What you'll do
- Manage daily line operations and handle various photolithography tool types.
- Troubleshoot out-of-control situations and decide lot disposition for out-of-spec situations.
- Execute engineering tasks independently or with minimal supervision.
- Work across functional groups to ensure key performance indices are met.
- Support training of operators through spec documentation, training materials, and training OJT trainers.
- Provide APE/PT with training to improve skills.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or Material Science Engineering.
- Minimally 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Photolithography processes.
- Working knowledge of Semiconductor processes.
- Familiarity with daily operational related matters.
- Ability to actively involve with equipment counterpart to work on tool/process improvement.
