About the role
As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and optimizing manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor manufacturing technologies.
What you'll do
- Design, collect data, analyze, and compile reports on a wide range of complex process engineering experiments for multiple products.
- Utilize techniques, define methods, and apply new technologies to characterize hardware, and/or perform hardware characterization on a high number of complex systems for multiple products.
- Generate internal and external documentation for products, presentations, technical reports and create process engineering specifications.
- Develop, plan, and execute process engineering projects within safety guidelines.
- Train engineers in measurement techniques of film properties and guide them in the interpretation of data, new methodologies, troubleshooting techniques and issue resolution.
- Communicate and engage with customers to resolve complex process engineering issues with limited supervision.
What you'll need
- Plasma processing experience.
- Experience in semiconductor industry.
- Experience in semiconductor processing technology.
- Strong understanding of plasma physics beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 7-10 years of related experience.
- Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in complex problem solving.
