About the role
This role involves the operation and maintenance of semiconductor test equipment and the characterization of analog circuits and semiconductor devices.
What you'll do
- Operate and maintain test equipment including HP4062/4073 testers, HP8753, Agilent B1500, oscilloscopes, curve tracers, and pulse generators.
- Utilize EG2080, EG4090, TEL Precio XL probers, and Cascade full-temperature probers.
- Perform measurements on package parts and conduct transient manual measurements such as Gate charge and Reverse recovery.
- Generate Bond Diagrams for packages and design and order test boards.
- Manage wafer inventory and handle semiconductor layout tasks.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in analog circuits and semiconductor device characterization.
- Experience in semiconductor layout using tools like Cadence Virtuoso or LEdit.
- Familiarity with Unix systems.
- Proficiency in using automated probers, semiconductor parameter analyzers (SPA), source measure units (SMU), S-parameter systems, curve tracers, oscilloscopes, pulse generators, and power supplies.
- Demonstrated experience in breadboarding and building experimental circuits.
- Software programming experience, particularly in instrument control and automation.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of RMB (HP Basic).
