About the role
This role involves supporting semiconductor manufacturing through equipment maintenance, process execution, and day-to-day operations.
What you'll do
- Operate production tools safely and efficiently within a cleanroom environment.
- Load/unload wafers, materials, and tools in accordance with operating procedures.
- Monitor equipment performance, alarms, and system statuses.
- Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Assist with equipment repairs, part replacements, and system calibrations.
What you'll need
- High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of technical manufacturing experience.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10-hours per day in a cleanroom environment while wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, and gloves.
- Basic computer literacy, including the use of email, web-based systems, and common office productivity tools.
- Analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with close attention to detail.
- Able to speak and write fluently in English.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Nice to have
- Experience with Semiconductor Probers and Testers.
- Vocational High School, Technical training, or technical trade certificate.
- Proficient in working with hand tools, meters, and calibration tools.
- Knowledge of and ability to follow 5S and LEAN.
