About the role
Manage manufacturing and production operations, assembly, and machinery within Infineon's Connected Secure Systems (CSS) division. This is a 3rd shift position (10:30 pm to 7:00 am, Monday through Friday) in a cleanroom environment.
What you'll do
- Manage manufacturing and production operations including assembly, machinery, processing, and packaging. - Set production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and required volume. - Manufacture electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical systems, parts, or components according to specifications for series production and prototypes. - Debug and troubleshoot failed electronic components, assemblies, and systems using test equipment and schematics. - Compile and maintain test-related documentation including test plans, procedures, results, and reports. - Guide and support new team members, apprentices, or trainees while working within standard operating procedures.
What you'll need
- 5 years of relevant completed vocational or professional training, along with 5 years of additional subject-specific experience or qualifications. - Experience debugging and troubleshooting electronic components, assemblies, and systems using test equipment and schematics. - Demonstrated ability to work within standard operating procedures and scientific methods under moderate supervision. - Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds, with prolonged standing and walking throughout the workday. - Availability to work 3rd shift hours (10:30 pm to 7:00 am, Monday through Friday).
