About the role
As a Technical Program Manager on this team, you will lead cross-functional programs managing infrastructure, GPU-based streaming, partner integrations, operational readiness, and low-latency delivery of gaming and interactive applications. You will partner with engineering, product, operations, security, and external ecosystem partners across GeForce NOW (GFN) and Graphics Delivery Network (GDN).
What you'll do
- Own the full lifecycle of large-scale, multi-phase technical programs for GFN and GDN from conceptualization through requirements, development, launch, and iteration. - Work closely with Engineering (infrastructure, backend, client), Product, Data Center Operations, SRE, Capacity Planning, QA, and partner teams including game publishers and app developers. - Define actionable technical requirements that align with product goals, and author SRDs, PRDs, RFCs, and operational plans. - Establish and maintain SLIs/SLOs/SLAs, incident response plans, and operational playbooks for a 24/7 global service. - Identify technical and program-level risks including capacity, latency, and partner dependencies, propose mitigations, and guide launch readiness reviews. - Liaise with external engineering teams and game publishers to help integrate their build pipelines into streaming infrastructure.
What you'll need
- 15+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, Engineering Management, or similar technical leadership roles, ideally in cloud, infrastructure, streaming, or graphics. - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, real-time streaming services, and engineering. - Experience with cloud-native systems including microservices, Kubernetes, observability stacks, CI/CD, and API-driven services. - Experience with operational frameworks such as SLIs/SLOs/SLAs, incident response, NPI readiness, high-level availability, and service reliability. - Experience writing SRDs, PRDs, RFCs, and operational plans within Agile or other program management frameworks. - Familiarity with game streaming (GFN) or graphics delivery networks (GDN).
Nice to have
- Experience in cloud gaming, real-time media streaming, or consumer-scale cloud services. - Familiarity with AI/ML deployment pipelines, inference optimization, or GPU-based compute stacks. - Deep background in data center operations, edge compute, capacity planning, or multi-region service scaling. - Security and compliance program experience including SOC2, ISO 27001, cloud governance, and GDPR. - Experience managing global partner integrations with ISVs, OEMs, CSPs, or game publishers, along with an understanding of the GeForce NOW ecosystem.
