About the role

This role involves acting as the primary technical support for L10/L11 rack-level integration for Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) responsible for data center products.

What you'll do

• Act as the primary technical support for L10/L11 rack-level integration for Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs).
• Collaborate closely with ODM partners to streamline and optimize rack-level integration processes.
• Conduct detailed debugging and solving of rack-level integration issues to support ODM manufacturing test flows.
• Address factory issues promptly to improve the production line for rack-level integration.
• Provide L11 customer quality support for product integration.
• Work with engineering design teams to ensure seamless integration of changes or corrective actions for product production.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Extensive experience (15+ years) in systems engineering within the data center or semiconductor industry.
• Strong understanding of rack-level systems integration processes and technologies, with a focus on L10/L11 integration.
• Proven track record to debug sophisticated technical issues and implement effective solutions in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in networking topologies, setup, and testing high speed networks commonly used in data center environments.
• Capability to travel onsite to various ODM locations in North America and Asia.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer support or quality assurance.
