About the role
This role involves building the future of AI data-centers, focusing on collective communication, vertical co-development of AI networks, and large model training scalability.
What you'll do
- Lead the development of Scale-up fabric for AI data-centers
- Focus on collaborative communication and vertical co-development of AI networks alongside hardware, software, and applications
- Guarantee scalability, reliability, and robust training for large model development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and implement innovative solutions
- Create concepts that proceed to full-scale manufacturing
- Partner with talent to implement new technologies
What you'll need
- 15+ experience in software architecture and networking
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Strong expertise in AI applied research
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and deliver results
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work with diverse teams
- A track record of determination to compete at the highest level
