What you'll do
- Drive all phases of SoC development projects, from architecture definition through silicon validation and product release.
- Create and maintain project plans, including milestones, schedules, ownership, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Facilitate project reviews and regular team meetings with global cross-functional stakeholders.
- Monitor project health, drive transparency, and support executive and senior management reporting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for issue escalation and resolution.
- Perform risk assessments and drive mitigation plans to minimize project impact.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent platforms.
- Good understanding of semiconductor product development, system architecture, and SoC design flows.
- Experience managing complex semiconductor or SoC development projects from concept through silicon bring-up and production release.
