About the role

This role is responsible for the development of NAND, NAND Solutions, and SSD products from planning through qualification and product ramp, in accordance with Micron’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process.

What you'll do

• Partner with Business Unit (BU), Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to capture product requirements and align development targets, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Establish and maintain a project schedule as the single source of truth, including regular task updates, action tracking, and recovery planning.
• Manage program risks and change requests throughout the project lifecycle, surfacing issues early and resolving conflicts.
• Lead stage-gate, work-review, and program-review activities, providing regular program status reports.
• Drive product qualification, ramp, and handoff to Manufacturing and Supply Chain, ensuring achievement of schedule, quality, cost, budget, and readiness targets.
• Conduct lessons-learned workshops and share knowledge and best practices.

What you'll need

• Experience in program management within product development.
• Ability to establish and maintain a project schedule.
• Capability to manage program risks and change requests.
• Experience leading stage-gate, work-review, and program-review activities.
• Proficiency in driving product qualification, ramp, and handoff to manufacturing and supply chain.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) processes.
