About the role
This position is responsible for Project and Program Management of projects executed by the Cadence Services Team, leading a cross-functional, matrix team focused on delivery of services engagements and technology initiatives for external and internal customers.
What you'll do
- Work closely with account teams to scope out services projects and create Statements of Work (SOW) and cost plans.
- Serve as the principal point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication of status, risks, issues, and solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring all deliverables are successfully managed, executed, monitored, and controlled.
- Create, maintain, and track project plans, schedules, activities, and issues associated with customer engagements.
- Drive project tasks to completion in accordance with schedule, scope, and cost constraints.
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve issues, and manage resources across teams to achieve project objectives.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering with 6+ years of semiconductor design or relevant project management experience.
- Experience driving tactical services engagements and initiatives involving customer requests for analog, SOC, verification, or package/board expertise.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects.
- Strong communication, presentation, assessment, and analytical skills.
Nice to have
- Background in IC design, SOC verification, RTL, or IP development along with project management certification.
- Experience with Cadence design tools.
