About the role

Analog Devices is seeking a Principal Product Manager to define and lead the productization roadmap for our Physical Intelligence (PI) software stack as a senior Individual Contributor within the Edge AI organization. In this role, you will lead the transformation of hardware, software, and AI technologies into scalable commercial software products, SDKs, developer toolchains, and simulation environments.

What you'll do

  • Define the multi-year product roadmap for the Physical Intelligence software stack, converting customer and market requirements into commercial software products, SDKs, and developer tools.
  • Engage directly with customers, internal Business Units, and Forward Deployed Engineers to map core challenges in physical AI applications to the technology stack.
  • Drive iterative product design alongside Edge AI application teams by spearheading rapid Proof-of-Concept implementations to validate technical viability and user workflows.
  • Integrate platform offerings with simulation frameworks, AI toolchains, and edge runtime environments across the industry ecosystem.
  • Coordinate between fundamental research (Lorenz Lab), core engineering (Edge AI), and field execution (FDE) teams to deliver a cohesive product.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of technical product management, systems engineering, or solution architecture experience bringing complex HW/SW/AI products to market.
  • Technical understanding of Physical Intelligence, Edge AI, robotics, simulation environments, and developer toolchains.
  • Demonstrated experience taking custom, high-touch system solutions and generalizing them into commercialized, reusable software products and SDKs.
  • Experience architecting high-level product designs, executing technical POCs with engineering teams, and validating concepts with end customers.
  • Track record of strategic alignment across cross-functional engineering teams, research groups, and executive leadership.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field.
