Principal Product Manager (Hyperscalers)

About the role

This role leads the product development process from NPI through volume ramp, driving accountability, visibility, and on-time delivery across engineering, operations, quality, and sales. Focus areas span AI power delivery products including digital power VRMs, multiphase controllers, Smart Power Stages, Vertical Power Stages, and power MOSFETs.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end execution of assigned customer programs, aligning internal development timelines with customer expectations and mitigating risks.
• Coordinate with supply chain, manufacturing, and capacity planning to ensure readiness against customer forecast and volume ramp requirements.
• Manage engineering samples and track requested ship dates, lead times, build status, and NPI planning gates.
• Act as the primary cross-functional coordinator across product line management, design engineering, applications/FAEs, operations, supply chain, quality, and sales.
• Establish execution dashboards and KPIs to deliver transparent updates on schedule, quality, supply, and program risks.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or operations within semiconductors.
• Strong understanding of NPI processes, supply chain operations, and volume ramp execution.
• Experience managing complex, high-visibility customer programs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to create structured execution dashboards.

Nice to have

• Experience in power electronics or infrastructure markets.
