About the role
This role involves ownership of process integration from technology transfer and customer engagement to production within the 300mm semiconductor process integration team. The scope includes developing and delivering advanced technology for mass production.
What you'll do
- Support process integration from technology transfer, customer engagement, and production.
- Drive technology cost reduction.
- Drive process convergence and yield improvement.
- Collaborate with process module and reliability teams to develop process solutions.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics, or other relevant engineering physical science discipline.
- 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience leading an engineering team.
- Experience developing and delivering advanced technology for mass production.
- Strong project management skills, including managing schedules, scope, and cost trade-offs.
Nice to have
- Strong background in FEOL/MOL/BEOL process development and characterization knowledge.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
