About the role
This role involves leading projects within the Unit Module Development Team, focusing on Lithography process engineering. You will lead exciting projects in Photonics & Power platforms.
What you'll do
- Set up processes according to technical requirements.
- Lead Litho module UMD process engineers to develop photonics & power processes.
- Troubleshoot issues during process setup and ensure new process qualifications run smoothly.
- Work with integration to improve process stability and process margin.
- Organize and provide training for engineers/AEs to transfer process knowledge.
- Deputize Litho process section manager as per business needs.
What you'll need
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Science, Solid State Physics, or other relevant engineering physical science discipline.
- >6 years Lithography experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with different cultures.
Nice to have
- Experience in Silicon Photonics.
