About the role
This role involves providing technical leadership for the operation, maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of bulk and specialty gas systems that support semiconductor manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary technical interface between Facilities and manufacturing customers for reliable gas delivery and process support.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for gas distribution, purification, monitoring, and control systems, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Identify and execute process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives for safety, reliability, quality, and cost performance.
- Support manufacturing operations through process monitoring, equipment performance analysis, and rapid response to system issues.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, engineering standards, operating procedures, and maintenance strategies.
- Lead system modifications, expansions, and capital projects, including design reviews, startup support, and commissioning activities.
What you'll need
- BS or MS from an accredited engineering program.
- 5 years high purity gas experience or related manufacturing environment.
- Strong interpersonal, written & verbal communication.
- Project management skills.
- Technical expertise in bulk and specialty gas distribution systems, gas cabinets, valve manifold boxes (VMBs), gas monitoring systems, purification technologies, and pressure control systems.
