About the role
This role involves cross-functional collaboration within the RF product line to drive reliability objectives through development and qualification. The focus is on GF Radio Frequency (RF) technology offerings, including RF-SOI, RF-SiGe, and RF-GaN technologies.
What you'll do
- Drive reliability planning, testing, and assessments for GF Radio Frequency (RF) technology offerings.
- Support test vehicle preparation by providing test structure design input and participating in design reviews.
- Drive root cause analysis of reliability tests, initiate failure analysis work, propose corrective actions, and update FMEAs.
- Prepare qualification plans and reports for both internal and external customers.
- Function as a technical resource for reliability lab operations.
- Coordinate logistics in preparing samples and allocating test time.
What you'll need
- Advanced Degree (MS or PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or another applicable field.
- 3-5 years of semiconductor technology and reliability engineering experience.
- Working knowledge of key intrinsic semiconductor reliability mechanisms, including HCI, BTI, TDDB, EM, and SM.
Nice to have
- Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams to drive solutions to reliability challenges.
- > 5 years of semiconductor technology and product reliability engineering experience.
- Experience with RF technology device performance and reliability.
