What you'll do
- Develop and maintain compact models for silicon photonic devices.
- Perform parameter extraction and model calibration using DC, RF/S-parameter, optical, and transient measurement data.
- Support model quality assurance and release readiness by developing testbenches, regression methodologies, validation reports, and robust checks.
- Contribute to Process Design Kit development, documentation, verification, and release activities.
- Support integration of models into customer design flows and EDA platforms.
- Collaborate with device engineering, characterization, process integration, and design enablement teams to understand device behavior and modeling requirements.
What you'll need
- Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Photonics, Optics or related field.
- Overall 3.0 GPA.
