About the role
This role involves the development of measurement solutions and the evaluation of new products from capacitive sensing, optical image stabilization, optical sensing, and power technology domains. You will work on products that drive growth in portable and non-portable consumer businesses.
What you'll do
- Determine required tests for the evaluation of new products in collaboration with Design, Design Evaluation, Applications, and Test teams.
- Develop hardware and software evaluation capabilities for new products.
- Conduct testing on new silicon, perform post-processing and analysis of results, and compile reports.
- Identify functional and performance limitations of silicon to root cause.
- Develop new measurement solutions and methodologies to advance measurement capabilities.
What you'll need
- 15+ years’ experience in an Engineering measurement role.
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong Python (or similar) programming skills.
- Strong knowledge of Analog and Digital Electronics.
Nice to have
- PCB design/layout experience.
- Experience on Power testing methodologies.
