About the role
This role is responsible for driving solutions addressing power efficiency and density challenges for datacenter products serving AI customers, defining roadmaps aligned with customer platforms.
What you'll do
- Interface with customer systems engineers to understand challenges and value drivers.
- Analyze various VR approaches.
- Build critical collateral to evangelize proposals and support customer engagement.
- Prepare executive summary material for high-level discussions with Sr Leaders and key customers.
- Support customer engagements to gain consensus on proposals and drive them to revenue.
- Support design, FW, and SW teams during execution with clarification or necessary compromise.
What you'll need
- 15+ years of multi-disciplinary experience in semiconductor industry.
- Understanding of general power architecture and product types related to CPUs and high current ASICs.
- Experience with multiphase VRs or other datacenter related power products.
- Comprehension of magnetics design, passive component selection, power device driver challenges, and real-world implementation challenges.
- Experience with embedded SoCs, including cross-functional collaboration with HW/FW/SW teams.
- Excellent technical and executive communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with high level modeling tools like SIMPLIS.
- Master's degree or higher in power engineering.
