What you'll do
- Build parametric validation plans from electrical specifications.
- Write software to configure the device under test (DUT) for required test cases.
- Create hardware automation sequences to perform parametric measurements over process, voltage, temperature, and DUT configurations.
- Analyze parametric data to report pass/fail/margin to electrical specifications and generate summary reports.
- Interface with Design, Product & Test Engineering, Applications, and Software teams to debug IP-related issues.
- Generate hardware design requirements and participate in schematic and layout reviews.
What you'll need
- Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with 5-10 years of industry experience.
- Experience with high-speed/RF lab equipment including oscilloscopes, BER testers, vector network analyzers, and phase noise analyzers.
- C programming experience.
- Data analysis using Excel, JMP, and/or PowerBI.
- Debug of hardware setups and schematic reading.
- Ability to debug silicon and signal integrity issues.
Nice to have
- TestStand and Python experience.
- Familiarity with SerDes validation and Ethernet IEEE 802.3 and PCIe protocols.
