About the role
This role involves developing high-performance analog and mixed-signal architectures and circuits from concept to production ramp.
What you'll do
- Develop analog and mixed-signal architectures and circuits, including design for manufacturability, yield, test, and reliability.
- Complete transistor level analog design of complex circuits to meet block-level design specifications.
- Perform and supervise detailed design, simulation, verification, and validation of integrated circuits.
- Prepare documents for design reviews, internal discussions, test requirements, and design documentation.
- Apply expertise in circuit simulations, including PVT, Monte Carlo, mixed signal, modeling, and optimization.
- Provide technical leadership for IC-related product development and act as a technical interface to customers and internal stakeholders.
What you'll need
- PhD, Master's, or Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering or Microelectronics with an emphasis in analog/mixed-signal Integrated Circuit Design.
- 10+ years of experience in analog and mixed-signal IC Design.
- Strong knowledge of Cadence EDA Tools.
- Good knowledge of MATLAB or Python for system simulations.
- Strong intuitive and analytical understanding of transistor-level design.
- Experience in most of the following blocks: ADC, DAC, LNA's, PGA, voltage and current references, LDOs.
