About the role
This role involves leading design projects and technical decision-making within analog and mixed-signal IC design.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with analog and mixed-signal IC design industry experts.
- Lead design projects and drive technical decision-making.
- Document and present the performance of your designs in detail.
- Support pre-silicon verification at block and/or top level according to the design flow.
- Review and analyze product requirements and translate them into robust designs.
- Support production test development and ramp to production.
- Mentor less experienced designers by promoting good design practices.
What you'll need
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Electronics or Microelectronics.
- 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency with Cadence design tools/environment including Virtuoso and Maestro/Assembler/Explorer.
- Experience as a design team lead.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and cross-site teams.
- Fluency in English.
