This role involves technical leadership for the development of Intelligent Power Devices (IPDs), driving innovation, protection performance, and product competitiveness.
What you'll do
- Provide technical leadership for the development of Intelligent Power Devices (IPDs).
- Lead cross-functional development teams through the complete product lifecycle from concept to production readiness.
- Define and implement system and design architectures.
- Drive design verification, modeling, simulation, and test methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with automotive reliability, safety, and quality standards, including AEC-Q100 and ISO 26262 functional safety requirements.
- Collaborate with design, verification, test, quality, and application engineering teams.
What you'll need
- 10 years of experience in IPD (Intelligent Power Device) development.
- Proven experience leading development teams.
- Extensive knowledge of Power MOSFET (PoMOS) design, structure, and characteristics used in IPDs.
- Strong understanding of PoMOS driving methods within IPD applications.
- Extensive experience in IPD testing, validation, and reliability assessment.
- Solid knowledge of thermal design principles and device thermal management.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) design and testing.
