About the role

As an Analog Design Engineer, you will architect and design circuits for high performance transceivers and other critical analog functions. This role involves delivering high-speed interconnect technology.

What you'll do

  • Design high-speed broadband amplifiers (VGA, CTLE, DRV).
  • Develop clock generation and distribution circuits (VCOs, PLL, clock distribution).
  • Design fundamental analog blocks (bandgap references, LDOs, temperature sensors).
  • Develop new techniques for optical transceivers.
  • Supervise analog layouts within advanced process nodes.
  • Perform silicon bring-up, debug, and support.

What you'll need

  • Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience.
  • Experience designing analog circuit blocks for broadband amplification, clock generation and distribution, or fundamental analog blocks.
  • Experience with analog design and verification tools (Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE, post layout extraction tools).
  • Experience with advanced CMOS design and verification flows (tools to evaluate self-heating, electromigration, safe operating area).
  • Knowledge of electromagnetism fundamentals, lump models, and high-frequency design.

Nice to have

  • Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools (EMX, Momentum, HFSS).
  • Understanding of analog layouts in FinFet and its effect on high-speed designs.

Skills: high speed analog circuit design, broadband amplifiers, VCOs, PLL, fiberoptics IC, optical transceiver
