About the role
The Post Silicon Project Manager leads projects for mixed-signal products by coordinating with multi-functional silicon development teams to meet internal and external commitments. The role owns the complete planning and execution of post-silicon activities, including bring-up, validation, characterization, qualification, and hardware planning.
What you'll do
- Own complete planning and execution of post-silicon activities, including bring-up, validation, characterization, qualification, and wafer and hardware planning. - Work with multi-functional silicon development teams to meet project deliverables and customer commitments. - Drive accountability, resolve technical problems, remove roadblocks, and mitigate project risks to ensure delivery within budget and quality standards. - Represent the engineering team in collaboration with Product Marketing and external customers. - Develop and deploy methodologies to improve program performance, efficiency, and repeatability. - Champion lessons learned across projects to support continuous improvement.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of project management experience with an IC manufacturer or silicon environment. - Basic knowledge of post-silicon validation, characterization, qualification, and manufacturing for mixed-signal IC products. - Strong project management fundamentals. - Ability to access technical data without export license sponsorship under applicable export control restrictions.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with project/program management tools such as MS Project. - 3+ years of project management experience leading post-silicon activities for integrated circuit development projects. - Experience with product development cycles from concept to production.
