About the role
This role involves bringing up, validating, and characterizing MODEM SOCs for Amazon LEO, focusing on silicon engineered for low Earth orbit satellites.
What you'll do
- Define, own, and maintain validation/characterization plans for MODEM SOC and associated peripherals.
- Define, design, and bring up SOC test platforms.
- Own test automation and test benches for validation of high-speed interfaces and other peripherals.
- Drive system-level debugs alongside design, DV, architects, and manufacturing teams.
- Work in FPGA, emulators, and DV environments to ensure successful bring-up.
What you'll need
- Experience in post-silicon validation of Embedded Processors, PLL, SRAM, DDR, SERDES.
- Experience with MODEM SOC integration, bring-up, and performance.
- Ability to define, design, and bring up SOC test platforms.
- Experience with test automation and test benches for high-speed interfaces.
- Capability to drive system-level debugs.
- Experience working in FPGA, emulators, and DV environments.
