About the role

This role involves supporting semiconductor manufacturing equipment within the post-fab manufacturing team.

What you'll do

• Support the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and analyze data to identify opportunities to improve reliability, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues, root cause investigations, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in equipment installations, qualifications, upgrades, and manufacturing readiness activities.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Facilities, Process Engineering, Quality, and supplier teams to resolve technical issues and support production objectives.
• Develop and maintain equipment documentation, procedures, specifications, and maintenance strategies.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related equipment-focused engineering field.
• Overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
• English (Written & Verbal) language fluency.

Nice to have

• Prior related internship or co-op experience.
• Demonstrated prior leadership experience.
• Strong interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies.
• Project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning & organizational skills.
