About the role
This is a multi-skilled, hands-on role supporting semiconductor manufacturing through equipment maintenance, process execution, and day-to-day operations.
What you'll do
- Operate production tools safely and efficiently within a cleanroom environment
- Load/unload wafers, materials, and tools in accordance with operating procedures
- Monitor equipment performance, alarms, and system statuses
- Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Assist with equipment repairs, part replacements, and system calibrations
What you'll need
- High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of technical manufacturing experience
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10-hours per day in a cleanroom environment
- Basic computer literacy, including email, web-based systems, and common office productivity tools
- Analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Able to speak and write fluently in English
Nice to have
- Vocational High School, Technical training, or technical trade certificate
- Proficient in working with hand tools, meters, and calibration tools
- Knowledge of and ability to follow 5S and LEAN
