About the role

This role is responsible for establishing and leading the Project Management Office for a medium-scale, multi-year construction project.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive PMO Project Controls framework.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and quality control processes.
  • Monitor project performance against baselines and provide regular status reporting.
  • Develop and maintain project dashboards and reports for real-time visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Continuously identify and implement improvements to PMO processes and methodologies.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience on medium-scale construction projects (>$50M).
  • Understanding of construction project management methodologies.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience utilizing earned value management (EVM) principles.
