About the role
This role involves acting as the primary PMO interface between project teams and various functions, ensuring project progress and adherence to plans. This position supports process development engineering within a semiconductor environment.
What you'll do
- Act as the primary PMO interface between project teams, quality, supply chain, finance, and management.
- Collaborate with project leaders to ensure timely review of project progress and achievement of deliverables at planned milestones.
- Track and control project cost, schedule, and milestones against approved plans.
- Identify deviations early and coordinate mitigation actions with project and functional owners.
- Enforce PMO standards, reporting cadence, and governance forums, ensuring consistent, high-quality project and portfolio reporting for management reviews.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Material, Chemical), or Engineering Management and 2+ years of Product/Process Development or related work experience, OR Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field and 1+ year of Product/Process Development or related work experience, OR PhD in Engineering, Science, or related field.
- Experience in one or more of the following within a semiconductor environment: PMO / Project Controlling for R&D, Technology Development, or NPI.
- Experience in project management supporting product and process development.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen.
