About the role
This role involves delivering high-impact work to advance business priorities, supporting system operation, integration, calibration, diagnostics, Alpha/Beta systems, and retrofit activities.
What you'll do
- Maintain development and continuous improvement of Platform semiconductor handling hardware.
- Lead installation, commissioning, and technical resolution of new products at customer sites.
- Travel internationally up to 50% to support critical customer engagements and resolve complex technical issues.
- Translate customer requirements and factory learnings into business-critical design improvements.
- Define robust design specifications that align customer needs, product strategy, and engineering standards.
- Lead hardware test strategy, validation planning, and performance characterisation.
What you'll need
- Minimum HNC Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics.
- Experience working in a manufacturing role with continuous improvement.
- Understanding of machinery safety and safe working practices.
- Experience in diagnosing faults with an analytical mind.
- Fluent English (both written and spoken).
- Driving license for travel throughout Europe.
Nice to have
- Experience in a customer facing role.
- AutoCAD Electrical or equivalent experience.
- 3D CAD experience.
- Good understanding of MS Office applications.
