About the role
This individual plans and coordinates the monthly production cycle, monitors the forecasted build plan, ensures timely delivery of products to customers, and meets KPIs including cycle time, shipment, and inventory turns.
What you'll do
- Monitor and review daily WIP status and production output to identify bottlenecks for resolution.
- Plan, issue, and monitor wafer, assembly and test releases based on product demand and stock level.
- Schedule and monitor customer orders, taking proactive actions to minimize delays and update schedules in SAP.
- Drive supplier factory for on time delivery performance (FOTD) and Cycle Time Performance.
- Manage SAP transactions for RMA, quantity adjustments, and lot scrapping.
- Participate in systems enhancement projects such as SAP and Adexa as a domain expert.
What you'll need
- Experience in the Semiconductor industry, specifically in the assembly, test, and module business.
- Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
- Working knowledge of advanced planning and scheduling concepts and tools such as Adexa.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience in using a Manufacturing Execution System.
