This role involves developing and optimizing electrical parameter performance metrics and driving yield improvement programs.
What you'll do
- Develop and optimize electrical parameter performance metrics through rigorous testing and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft and implement electrical parameter performance improvements.
- Drive yield improvement programs to achieve flawless production outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze device performance data to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Margin Bin related yield improvement and maintenance.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience in semiconductor device engineering.
- Proven expertise in device characterization and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience (Master's or PhD) in a relevant field.
- Experience with brand new memory technologies.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis software and methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers.
- Familiar of AI agent or application
