About the role
This role is responsible for EUV and Optical photomask making, covering photomask writing, processing, inspection, repair, cleaning, and metrology technology. You will optimize and sustain photomask processes and manufacturing equipment to support high-volume manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Lead the installation, qualification, and release of new photomask process equipment. - Design and execute experiments, analyzing data sets to optimize photomask processes. - Apply statistical process control methods to establish and sustain the photomask process flow. - Systematically troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to sustain uptime availability and operational efficiency. - Partner with equipment and material suppliers to identify technology gaps and qualify continuous improvement solutions. - Develop training programs using Best Known Methods (BKM) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to certify operation technicians.
What you'll need
- Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, or Mechanical Engineering. - Demonstrated ability to design and execute experiments and interpret data sets. - Understanding and application of statistical process control methods. - Ability to systematically troubleshoot manufacturing equipment issues. - Ability to wear a clean-room suit and perform duties across office, clean-room, and data center environments.
Nice to have
- Master's degree or higher in a related field. - Degree focus in photonics, optics, or image processing. - Python programming capability for project development and study. - Prior experience with manufacturing equipment installation, qualification, and sustenance.
