About the role
This role involves coordinating customer and supplier quality requirements within the IC Operations-Quality team.
What you'll do
- Coordinate customer requirements review with internal teams.
- Act as the main contact for customers on issues and requirements.
- Provide support and coordination for customer quality surveys and audits.
- Manage and support customer's new product approval processes.
- Interface and collaborate with suppliers to monitor and control supplier quality.
- Conduct supplier quality audits and periodic reviews, covering QMS and processes.
- Drive supplier quality improvements through audits, reporting, and corrective actions.
What you'll need
- BS Degree in an Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Quality Engineering supporting customers and suppliers in the semiconductor industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and use of analytical and problem-solving tools.
Nice to have
- Auditor certification (ISO 9001, Supplier Audit).
