About the role
This role involves working with R&D engineers for patent mining, drafting patent applications, and conducting patent searches and analysis.
What you'll do
- Work closely with R&D engineers for patent mining
- Draft patent applications, solicit disclosures of inventions and assist inventors in filing timely and accurate disclosures
- Conduct patent search and analysis, and do industry trend researches
- Provide support in internal and cross-department projects
- Conduct intellectual property training to Engineering personnel
What you'll need
- Bachelor degree or above in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering or related Science and Technology or Engineering
- Good English communication ability with TOEIC score of 750 or above
Nice to have
- Familiar with patent laws and practices in various jurisdictions including U.S., China and Taiwan
- At least 3 year related experience in Patent application and management
