About the role
The Outgoing Quality Assurance Technician performs quality-related operational, equipment, and support tasks for outgoing semiconductor products. Production takes place at TSMC Arizona's advanced fab facility utilizing N4 process technology.
What you'll do
- Perform diverse quality-related functions, ensuring efficient execution of operational, equipment, and support tasks. - Develop and execute Outgoing Corrective Action Plans (OCAP) to proactively address and resolve nonconformities in outgoing products. - Configure equipment recipes for automatic inspection tools to ensure precise and accurate product inspection. - Collaborate with Outgoing Quality Assurance operators to provide daily support, including product shipment preparation. - Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering strictly to all workplace safety protocols and standards.
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or equivalent. - Solid foundational skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - General computer literacy with the aptitude to learn and operate specialized inspection tools. - Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing full personal protective equipment (coveralls, hoods, boots, safety glasses, and gloves). - Flexibility and willingness to work 12-hour shifts (6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am) on a compressed work week schedule (alternating 4 days on/3 days off and 3 days on/4 days off), including night shifts, overtime, and holidays. - Ability to work on-site at the Phoenix, Arizona facility.
