OSAT Capacity Planning Manager - Singapore

About the role
This role involves end-to-end capacity planning across Marvell's global OSAT subcontractor network, spanning front-end backend processes through assembly and test. This includes ensuring Kinaxis-based capacity models are accurate and executable to fulfill customer orders on time.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain near-term and long-range capacity plans across assigned OSAT process areas.
- Act as the process owner for Kinaxis capacity models, validating model logic, constraints, and data structures.
- Translate Kinaxis planning outputs into actionable execution plans by collaborating with engineering, operations, and subcontractor teams.
- Lead constraint-based planning and proactive bottleneck management to identify and resolve capacity risks.
- Own supplier capacity governance for assigned OSAT subcontractors, including Capex investment tracking and long-term infrastructure planning.
- Run scenario planning for demand surges, customer prioritization, NPI acceleration, and supply disruptions.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics, Industrial), Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
- 7+ years experience in semiconductor backend operations, OSAT management, or supplier operations.
- Direct experience working with OSAT subcontractors (assembly, wafer sort, final test).
- Prior exposure to S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) or demand-supply balancing processes.
