About the role
This role involves performing engineering analysis and designing or modifying basic mechanical engineering layouts, schematics, or drawings/specifications under general supervision.
What you'll do
- Perform engineering analysis.
- Design or modify mechanical engineering layouts, schematics, or drawings/specifications.
- Coordinate procurement and assembly of mechanical components and equipment.
- Identify sources of critical parts and subsystems to resolve technical issues.
- Perform and document engineering test reports; generate alpha/gamma documentation.
- Design, develop and implement custom mechanical tooling, fixturing and associated processes.
- Enable handling, assembly and/or disassembly of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2-4 years of related experience.

- Working experience with CAD software.
- Working experience with thermodynamics.
- Working experience with sheet metal design.
- Working experience with material selection.
- Working experience with manufacturing methods.
- Working experience with GD&T.
- Working experience with flow analysis.
